Former Official of HUD Named to Holocaust Panel

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan has named Philip Abrams, a former undersecretary of housing and urban development, to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, the White House announced. Abrams, 47, is president of Philip Abrams and Associates Inc. of Englewood, Colo.
