Family Doctors’ Group Urges Stop-Smoking Drive

NEW YORK —
The American Academy of Family Physicians, in a campaign to promote preventive medicine, on Tuesday urged that family doctors help their patients give up smoking. The group sent its 59,000 member physicians kits containing pamphlets, videotapes and graduation certificates for patients who quit tobacco.
