N. Korea Urged to Reopen Talks to Reunite Families

SEOUL —
South Korea urged North Korea on Friday to reopen Red Cross talks to help reunite 10 million relatives separated by the 1950-1953 Korean War.
North Korea cut off the talks last year because of U.S.-South Korean military exercises.
