Philippine President Corazon Aquino attended memorial services at Clark Air Base for three Americans killed in separate but apparently coordinated attacks outside the base. “I know how the widows felt,” said Aquino, whose husband was assassinated in 1983. She met later with the widows and relatives of Airman 1st Class Steven M. Faust, 22, of Pasadena, Tex., and Sgt. Randy A. Davis, 30, of Portland, Ore. The two men’s bodies will be flown today to Travis Air Force Base, Calif. The body of retired Tech. Sgt. Herculano Manganti who is of Filipino descent, was at a funeral parlor in Angeles City.
