FCC Official Named to Commission Seat

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan said Friday he is nominating Bradley P. Holmes, an official at the Federal Communications Commission, to be a commissioner of the regulatory agency.
If confirmed by the Senate, Holmes would succeed Mark S. Fowler, who left the FCC in April.
