Paul F. Finnigan has resigned as chairman and director of corporate development of Voicemail International Inc., Cupertino. Alan Rossi, Voicemail’s president and CEO, will succeed Finnigan as chairman. Rossi will retain the positions of president and chief executive. Finnigan, who co-founded Voicemail in 1979 and has been the chairman since inception, has resigned to pursue other business interests.
