China Finds 7 Foreigners to Be Carrying AIDS Virus

BEIJING —
Seven foreigners have been detected as AIDS carriers in China, medical researchers reported Saturday, recommending wider use of disposable syringes and acupuncture needles.
The report did not detail their nationalities, but at least one tourist, an Irish citizen, was reported to have been deported after testing positive for acquired immune deficiency syndrome earlier this year.
