Work Begun on Office, Industry Park in Anaheim

Construction has begun on Sierra Vista, a $3-million office and industrial complex on a 5.6-acre site at 100-140 Chaparral Court, Anaheim.

The project will consist of four two-story concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 100,000 square feet. Completion is set for early next year.

The developer is Sierra Pacific Development Funds, Newport Beach. Breton Construction Inc., Irvine, is general contractor, HCH & Associates, San Diego, is architect, and Lanco Engineering, Newport Beach, civil engineer.
