The last live performance of Fox Broadcasting’s “Late Show” aired Friday as the network prepares to shift to a news and comedy format. Fox will air reruns until the tentatively titled “The Wilton North Report” premieres Nov. 30. The “Late Show Starring Joan Rivers” made its debut more than a year ago as the first phase of Fox’s “fourth network.” The show’s ratings never took off and Rivers left the show in May.
