Adam Horowitz of the Beastie Boys brat-rap group was found innocent Wednesday of assaulting a female fan at a concert in Liverpool, England, last spring. The prosecution alleged that Horowitz injured Joanne Clarke, 18, when he threw a beer can from the stage into a crowd at Liverpool’s Royal Court Theatre on May 30. She said the can hit her on the face and gave her a black eye. Horowitz, 21, pleaded not guilty before a Liverpool city magistrates on Tuesday and he was found innocent the following day.
