Fred Bosley has been named vice president of the William Lyon Co.’s North Orange County division. He had been division manager before his promotion. Before joining the Newport Beach-based home-building company, Bosley was project manager for Chevron Land & Development Co. in San Francisco. Before that, he was project engineer for Chevron U.S.A., also in San Francisco.
