Phyllis Pringle returns to the district after an absence while she was director of research and programs with the Educational Services Institute in Cincinnati. She has been assigned to Moffitt Elementary School in Norwalk, succeeding Ginger Shattuck, who moved to the district headquarters as director of elementary education. Pringle first taught at Corvallis Intermediate School and served as assistant principal at Wright Intermediate School before both campuses were closed. She then became curriculum coordinator at La Mirada High School. Pringle has a doctorate in human behavior from United States International University.
