Yugoslavia’s Parliament postponed a meeting to discuss Premier Branko Mikulic’s anti-inflation plan, which has met strong opposition. Mikulic, grappling with 135% inflation and a $20-billion foreign debt, last month unveiled an economic program--including new forms of taxation along with wage and price controls--aimed at cutting inflation.
