BUENOS AIRES — A policeman arrested in connection with the kidnaping and murder of two wealthy Argentine businessmen hanged himself in his jail cell Friday, police said.
Sgt. Alberto Caeta, 40, killed himself two days after police arrested him for his alleged role in the kidnaping and murder of Osvaldo Sivak, one of the country’s most prominent real estate executives, and lumber salesman Benjamin Neuman.
Their decomposed bodies were found buried only yards apart.
