Lebanese Druze leader Walid Jumblatt accused right-wing Christians of responsibility for bombings last week at the American University Hospital and Beirut airport that killed 13 people and wounded 110. Jumblatt said the Lebanese Forces, the Christians’ main militia, and the Christian-dominated intelligence service of the Lebanese army masterminded the bombings. There was no immediate response to Jumblatt’s allegations.
