Ryzhkov to Visit India

MOSCOW — Soviet Premier Nikolai I. Ryzhkov will visit India later this week, a Soviet spokesman said Tuesday. Ryzhkov will be in New Delhi from Friday to next Wednesday in connection with a festival of Soviet culture in India.
