British Psychotherapists Offer Help on Seasonal Stresses at Christmas
A team of psychotherapists is offering expert help for Britons who dread the prospect of Christmas and the stress of seasonal festivity.
Experts at a natural health center in Nottingham, central England, say that with just over a month of worry until Christmas, they can assist people who dread the annual round of shopping, cooking, visiting relatives and over-indulgence in food and drink.
“The fear of Christmas can be cured in the same way as a dread of spiders or flying,” said a spokesman for the therapists.
“Relaxation classes can restore the enjoyment and feelings of good-will. We will show worriers how to make Christmas a pleasure and delight,” he said
And like nearly everything else that goes toward a Merry Christmas, treatment is not free--the course for a full day’s instruction is $24.
