‘Testing Output of a College’

With regard to testing the output of a college, Healy is dead right.

The act of creating a test assumes that knowledge is available to formulate the questions. If the knowledge is available we don’t need universities.

People at colleges and universities should be dreaming up questions so that the search for pre-existing answers may begin. In logic, the formulation of a question assumes the presence of an answer, otherwise the question could not have arisen at all.

This paradox plagues mechanists, Marxists and materialists everywhere.
