Officials in Moscow disconnected the telephone of Valery Senderov, 42, a former political prisoner who had gathered information on human rights conditions, another dissident said. Senderov, who occasionally telephoned Western journalists in Moscow and human rights organizations abroad, reported that his telephone was disconnected after calling exiled Soviet dissident Alexander Ginzburg in Paris on Friday, Vladimir Pimonov said. Pimonov is a former journalist seeking to emigrate to join his Danish wife.
