Secretary of State George P. Shultz said he foresees no last-minute problems over the signing of a U.S.-Soviet treaty eliminating medium-range nuclear weapons. “It is all agreed, and everybody wants to see it go forward, and there really is not a problem,” Shultz said on CBS-TV’s “Face the Nation.” “It’s just a question of doing things--continuing to do things carefully and patiently, and that’s what we’re doing.” President Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev are scheduled to sign the pact outlawing U.S. and Soviet ground-launched missiles with ranges of 300 to 3,000 miles during their summit in Washington on Dec. 7-10.
