Allen E. Vickers has been named to the new position of executive vice president of the retail banking division of Beverly Hills Savings, completing the senior management reorganization plan approved earlier this year. Vickers will retain his position as senior vice president with First Nationwide Bank of San Francisco, the financial institution that provides management direction to Beverly Hills Savings under terms of the management consignment program with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board. Vickers had been director of mergers and acquisitions for First Nationwide and before that was its national audit director for 14 years. Beverly Hills Savings, which has its corporate headquarters in Mission Viejo, has six branches and eight residential loan offices in Southern California. Federal regulators took control of the thrift in 1985.
