China said Sunday that it did not expect much to come out of this week’s summit meeting between President Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev.

In a commentary, the New China News Agency said that the two superpowers “created disorder and disturbances in the world amid their rivalry over regional issues.”

Previous agreement on limiting nuclear armaments “served either to help consolidate their nuclear monopoly or just to lay down certain regulations for their nuclear arms race,” it said.
