Tri-Star Pictures stockholders voted to approve the previously announced agreement among the Coca-Cola Co., certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Tri-Star under which Coca-Cola will combine its entertainment business with Tri-Star in exchange for newly-issued shares of Tri-Star common stock. Under the agreement, the entertainment business assets are to be exchanged for approximately 75 million shares of newly-issued Tri-Star common stock, increasing Coca-Cola’s Tri-Star stake to 80% from 36.8%
