Dominica Chief Plans Trip

JERUSALEM —
Prime Minister Mary Eugenia Charles of the Caribbean nation of Dominica will make a weeklong official visit to Israel starting Dec. 21 as the guest of Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, the Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.
