Rental Group Names Officers

Michele Hansen, economics teacher with the Long Beach Unified School District and owner of Hansen Properties, has been installed as president of the Apartment Assn. California Southern Cities, succeeding John Williams.

Other new officers are Dick Major, retired director of the Long Beach Housing Authority, vice president, and Henry Weiss, treasurer.

Board members beginning a two-year term include Pauline Beaman, Dorothy Bixby, Carter Comaford, Fred Frederking, Hansen, Dick Major, Frank Palminteri, Joe Piro, John Pratt, Benjamin F. Slater II and John Williams. Directors with one year left to serve include Maurice Anderson, Maurice Benson, Woody Culp, Philip Dauk, Philip Haddan Jr., Coy Herring, Joe Huskins, Elaine Hutchison, Cliff Kohler, Frank Luer, Clement Morin and Henry Weiss.
