Jim Woodward has been appointed executive vice president and manager of the new Guarantee division of Glendale Federal Savings & Loan. The division was created after the merger between Glendale Federal and Guarantee Savings in October. Woodward previously was manager of the real estate division of Guarantee Financial. Former Guarantee Financial Chairman Lewis Eaton will continue as chairman of the Guarantee division.
Paul Mullings has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager of the capital markets group of Glendale Federal. He previously was administrative vice president and manager of investment services.
He has also been elected a member of Glendale Federal’s operating committee.
