Cold in Mexico Kills 22

MONTERREY, Mexico —
At least 22 people have died as a result of cold weather in the northern part of Mexico, the government newspaper El Nacional reported Tuesday. The deaths occurred in Monterrey, Hermosillo and Ciudad Juarez as temperatures dipped to 11 degrees this week, the newspaper said.
