Contra Aid and Arias Peace Plan

I heartily endorse your editorial “Rejecting Peace.” I want to add at this time of the year particularly, that the enormous funds given to the Contras means not only more innocent victims of Nicaragua, it also means less funds for the poor in our country, for the mentally ill on our streets and all the others who are deprived of needed human services.
