Red Cross Visits POWs

GENEVA —
The International Committee of the Red Cross said that it visited 12,747 Iranian prisoners of war in Iraq and registered more than 4,000 new Iraqi prisoners in Iran last year, a Red Cross spokesman said Thursday.
