Donald L. Fruehling has been named president of the Maxwell Publishing Group of Maxwell Communication Corp., Greenwich, Conn. Fruehling previously was president of McGraw-Hill Book Co. and executive vice president for publishing operations of McGraw-Hill Inc. Maxwell’s publishing interests in the United States include Pergamon Journals and Books, Webb Agricultural Magazines and Headway Publications Inc., a publisher of custom magazines.
