Cambodia’s ambassador to Vietnam told three U.S. congressmen that his country has the remains of 80 American servicemen killed in the Vietnam War and is prepared to release them to the United States, the lawmakers said. “Not only did they admit they had remains, but they said they were willing to give them over,” said Robert C. Smith (R-N.H.), who recently returned from an 11-day tour of Southeast Asia with Reps. John G. Rowland (R-Conn.) and Frank McCloskey (D-Ind.). The three are members of a POW-MIA task force.
