Two-year Treasury note yields fell to their lowest level since last April. The average yield was 7.40%, down from 7.93% at the last auction on Dec. 22. It was the lowest rate since two-year notes averaged 7.20% on April 22. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 7.375%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,995.40.
