A.C. Tedesco, president of Doelz Networks, has also been named chief executive officer of the Irvine-based data communications company. Co-chairman of the Board of Directors Frank T. Connors, who held the CEO title for five years, will devote his time to special corporate projects. Before joining Doelz as president and chief operating officer in June, 1987, Tedesco was vice president of marketing and sales at Bell Atlantic. He has also held senior management positions with IBM, Bausch & Lomb’s Instrument Division and AT&T.;
