2 Youths Charged With Murder in Fire Fatal to 5

DAYTON, Ky. —
An apartment building fire on Saturday killed five people, three of them children, and authorities arrested two teen-agers on murder and arson charges.
Those killed included a 10-year-old boy who suffered head injuries when he was thrown from a third-floor window, a coroner said. A sixth person was seriously injured.
The fire burned power lines and left the town without electricity for several hours, authorities said.
