Irvine-based Codercard has agreed to a joint venture with Securicom Proprietary Ltd. of Brisbane, Australia, to manufacture and sell computer security devices in Australia and other Pacific Rim countries, except Japan. The company, to be called Codercard Australia, is subject to the signing of a final agreement between the two companies.
