Debbie Amerongen has been appointed vice president of marketing for Marine National Bank, Irvine. She succeeds Cheri Dobberteen, who has retired. Amerongen had been advertising manager of Downey Savings & Loan before joining Marine and was previously a public relations officer at Commerce Bank.
