Murray M. (Buddy) Weiss, 64, former editor of the International Herald Tribune. The New York native, who worked for the U.S. Information Agency at the time of his death, was editor of the Paris-based newspaper from its creation in 1966 until 1979. In 1946, he joined the New York Herald Tribune as a copy boy and was managing editor by the time the paper folded in 1966. After leaving the International Herald Tribune, he served as editor of the Advocate in Stamford, Conn., and as managing editor of Parade magazine. He left Parade in 1983. In Arlington, Va., on Saturday.
