Report on Rotten Teeth Gives China Lots to Chew On

BEIJING —
Half of China’s 1 billion people have rotten teeth and many have never used a toothbrush, a Chinese newspaper said on Monday.
The China Consumer News said that even in the more well-to-do cities, only half of all households have a toothbrush, and in some areas they are used only as a decoration.
