Singapore Premier to Meet With Reagan

SINGAPORE — Regional security and trade are the main issues Singapore Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew will raise when he meets President Reagan in Washington next week, diplomats said Friday.
Lee leaves today for a five-day visit to the United States to discuss issues of bilateral interest and smooth over some irritants in the two countries’ otherwise friendly relations.
