Coldwell Banker Commercial Group, part of the Sears Financial Network, has announced the formation of an independent unit to be known as Coldwell Banker Real Estate Investment Banking Services. Peter C. Moister, formerly managing director of Morgan Stanley Group, has been named president and a director of Coldwell Banker.
