Rival Palestinian factions fought again with machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades at Beirut’s Chatilla refugee camp, and at least four people were wounded, Palestinian officials said. The fighting between guerrillas of Yasser Arafat’s Fatah group and Abu Moussa’s dissident, pro-Syrian Palestinian faction began Saturday. The latest casualties brought to 11 the number of people wounded in the two days of strife. Arafat had met with Syrian President Hafez Assad in Damascus on April 24 in an effort to end a five-year-old rift.
