New Jersey Devils Coach Jim Schoenfeld said he can produce videotape that will exonerate him in Friday night’s incident with referee Don Koharski.

Moments after Boston’s 6-1 victory over the Devils, which gave the Bruins a 2-1 lead in the Wales Conference finals, Schoenfeld confronted Koharski in the runway leading from the ice. Koharski accused Schoenfeld of shoving him, and issued a gross misconduct against the coach, which carries an automatic league inquiry.

“I really don’t feel uneasy at all,” Schoenfeld said. “I know I didn’t do anything as far as a shove is concerned. That’s the critical issue. Once (Koharski) sees the film, and once the league sees the film, they’ll realize that, too.”
