April oil production by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries rose from March by half a million barrels daily, to 18.2 million barrels a day, the International Energy Agency estimated. The April figure includes a daily output of 2.6 million barrels by Iraq, which is not a signatory to the group’s current production sharing program.
