Mexico Car Thefts Decline

MEXICO CITY —
The number of stolen vehicles in this capital decreased in April to its lowest monthly figure this year, Police Chief Jesus Miyazawa Alvarez said Thursday. He said that 1,704 vehicles were reported stolen last month, down by 231 from March.
