Israeli Troops Kill Palestinian Teen-Ager

JERUSALEM —
Israeli soldiers attacked by rioters while making arrests in a West Bank village today shot and killed a Palestinian teen-ager and wounded at least nine other people, the army said.
The shooting occurred in the West Bank village of Abwein, 16 miles north of Jerusalem. Palestinian sources identified the victim as Majdi Mahmud Hilal, 16. Three other residents were seriously wounded by army gunfire, Palestinian health officials said.
