Poland’s Premier in Yugoslavia for Talks

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia —
Polish Premier Zbigniew Messner arrived in Belgrade on Thursday on the first visit to nonaligned Communist Yugoslavia by a Polish leader since 1985.
He was due to start talks with Premier Branko Mikulic this morning.
Officials said that Messner willbrief Yugoslavia on the latest problems in Poland and that the two sides will seek ways to boost their traditionally good relations.
