Cubicomp, Hayward, has named Donald F. Bogue acting president and chief executive, replacing Harry M. Taxin, who has resigned for personal reasons to pursue other interests. Bogue’s appointment is effective immediately. A former director of Cubicomp, Bogue was vice president and general manager of Ampex Corp.’s audio video systems division before leaving that company earlier this year.
