This is a summary of recent contracts the federal government has awarded or intends to award to recipients in the Los Angeles area.
Rockwell International has won these contracts: Its Anaheim unit received a $5.97-million contract from the Air Force to supply test equipment. Its Thousand Oaks unit received a $490,420 contract from the Navy to research studies of nonlinear optical effects for agile beam steering for the Strategic Defense Initiative project and a $294,664 contract from the Navy to do research on studies of novel phase conjugators and applications.
