Deer Uses Open Door to Crash Early Morning Mass

Worshipers attending early Mass at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church got an unexpected visitor Friday when a deer walked in through the front door and circled the room.

Father Paul Rutten, assistant pastor of the parish, said the deer walked in through the main doors which he had left open to get some air in the building during the 6:45 a.m. Mass.
