Wayne A. Rosenkrans, chairman and chief executive of Jeppesen Sanderson of Englewood, Colo., has retired after 43 years with the Times Mirror operating unit. Horst A. Bergmann, previously president of Jeppesen Sanderson, succeeds Rosenkrans, who will continue to serve as a consultant to the company, which provides general and commercial aviation flight information.
